KEAM Fees Submission & College Reporting Guide

CAT 2025 Registration Started

The admission process of KEAM consists of several stages from the application to taking admission to the selected institute. Following the examination, those candidates who qualify join the counselling and KEAM seat allotment process that is computerised as the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). Once the seats are allotted, candidates have to pay the KEAM fees to proceed with the further admission process.

Candidates have to pay different KEAM fees for the KEAM 2026 admission process depending on their category. After assigning seats, candidates are required to complete KEAM fee payment within the prescribed time limit or else their seat is cancelled. Candidates can read about the KEAM fee payment procedures, admission formalities, KEAM reporting and KEAM college reporting requirements to avoid getting their allotted seat cancelled and to have a smooth admission process.

The candidates should ensure that they are aware of all the fees charged by the authorities for the KEAM examination, like the KEAM exam fee while registering, and any fee to be paid for admission after allotment. Students can get a complete guide from paying the fees to securing admission to reporting to the college here.

KEAM College Reporting After Fees Submission

Refer to the following to get a complete guide to college reporting after the submission of the KEAM fees.

Step 1: Check the Seat Allotment Result – Candidates have to log in to the KEAM candidate portal and see their allotted seat. The information regarding allotments will be mentioned in the institute, course, category, and fee payment instructions.

Step 2: Download the Allotment Memo – Once the candidates have checked the outcome of their allotment, they will need to download the allotment memo and print it out. This document will be used for admission and/or for reporting to college.

Step 3: Verify the Admission Fee Details – Candidates are advised to read carefully all the instructions with respect to the prescribed admission fee amount, payment deadline, etc., stated in the allotment notification before proceeding.

Step 4: Complete the Fee Payment – Applicants must pay the fee for admission as per the procedure given by the authorities. The payment of the fee is required within the time limit to ensure that you have accepted your seat.

Step 5: Save the Fee Payment Receipt – Once a candidate has been successful in payment, he/she should download and save several copies of the fee receipt. This will be needed on any future admission stages.

Step 6: Prepare the Required Documents – Candidates should bring the necessary documents, namely academic, identity, category and allotment documents, before reporting to the allotted institute. The absence of any of the above documents can cause the admission procedures to be delayed.

Step 7: Report to the Allotted College – The college reporting for the candidates in KEAM must be done within the prescribed time. They need to go to the designated institute and provide the necessary documents to be verified.

Step 8: Complete Document Verification – The institute will confirm whether the candidate is eligible or not, the certificates, the proof of payment of the fee, the allotment details, etc. Candidates are advised to make sure that all documents submitted are valid and accurate.

Step 9: Confirm Admission Formalities – Once verified, the remaining admission procedure to be followed by the candidates will be mentioned by the institute.

Step 10: Secure the Admission – After all the formalities are done and the admission is accepted by the institute, the candidate’s seat will be confirmed. Candidates are encouraged to keep a copy of all admission documents for reference.
